If you have a child with developmental differences, autism spectrum disorder, or differently abled and are interested in a performance opportunity, Please email with your interest. This has been an ongoing goal and we are trying to determine the interest in such a performance opportunity! Thank you! It is our belief that theatre has the ability to enrich the lives of all young people!

Parker Watson was interviewed by Disney Magazine about his costume creations! He also received a back stage tour during the Broadway tour of Elf in Detroit!

Sam Ramirez was hired as the Drama Teacher at Roosevelt High School!
Not too long ago he graduated from Roosevelt! Those are some lucky students we think!

Jeanette Palmer and Cree Carrico live in NYC and pursue their love of theatre and performance! So proud of their dedication!

Tamara Walter lives nearby and is a vocal couch, performer, and Director- not to mention she is in a band! Art is part of her life!

Trenton Village Theatre

DYPAC, in cooperation with The City of Trenton, manages the *Trenton Village Theatre.* TVT is a gem of a live performance venue. It has an intimate setting and seats 355. Please contact Debbie Jackson at 734 671-2202 or for rental information and availability.

Our beautiful new PURPLE draperies have been installed and the interior of the theatre has been painted! Thank you to St. John Painting and Homespun for their dedication to completion of this task! We are thrilled with the painting, the draperies, and the installation of the carpeting with our donor stars!
The TVT Courtyard is being remodeled. It contains a memorial fountain and
has a new decorative Iron Gate. Thank you to the Brown Family and the
Trenton Chapter of the Women’s Farm and Garden Association for making

*Trivia Night*- *DYPAC*, *along with our community Partners*, *The Information Center* and *The Penrickton Center* host a fun evening of trivia and friendship, served with a light dinner. Join a table of eight to show (or hide) your trivia skills!
Tickets are $20 and proceeds go to the programs of the evening’s hosting community partner! All are held at the Westfield Building next to the Library at West and Westfield in Trenton. Winners receive a trophy and gift certificate along with a chance to return and defend their title! Dinner begins at 6pm, trivia starts at 7pm. Food, Fun, and Friendship! Winter Workshops begin the first Saturday after the new year!
Six Weeks. Ages 5-8 perform a mini-musical and Ages 9up will either perform a musical or a straight show depending upon the make-up of the class. Workshops are designed to give all children stage time and to create a comfortableness on stage, develop confidence, become familiar with theatre language, terms, and behavior required. Costumes are minimal as are sets and props. This is a mini-version of what a full production requires minus the parent participation! Workshops develop confidence!

Rehearsals will be Sundays 3-5:30 and Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8:30
This will be by audition and will be cast to capacity, approx. 35

COME PREPARED WITH A KARAOKE STYLE CD that has no other voices on it.

Registration begins 12:01am April 1- Classes are first sign up order.
Whatever schedule you choose, you will attend each T,W, Th. There is no class on M, F or on the 4th of July.

The best way to get first alert information is to add your name to our mailing list! The program runs T,W,Th and is six weeks long. Children take same schedule of classes each day and fees are dependent upon number of classes.
Classes fill up as individuals register and some classes fill up faster than others!

Summer Program classes are ongoing. Dates are June 27-August 5 2017
Teen Program is 2:45-5pm.
Classes for younger children are 8-6, and you select classes you desire based on your schedule.
Each class is held at the same time each T,W,Th so whatever you register for , you will attend each of those three days.
Miss Mary is the onsite director of the program. Debbie Jackson is the Administrator. Marci Ziliak is the database coordinator and secretary during the program. All of our instructors have background checks and are experienced in our DYPAC program. Instructors are adults and assistants are teens.

Classes are $70 and some have an additional material or script fee of $15.
There is a discount for courses greater than 6 for a single participant.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s place in the courses.
All children who register for a course will be in that course- this is a sign up-first come registration. Please contact Marci as above to find out about available openings. If a class does not allow you to register, please email to be added to wait list. Some classes fill up very quickly and some classes such as sewing have limited enrollment.
